The RED SHED |
Opened 1966 |
It`s red. It`s wood. We think it`s rather good.
This unique institution is an unpretentious wooden building, sitting in a side-street of Wakefield city centre.
Inside is a meeting place and social club, including a multi-award winning bar.
You can come here for a meeting, gig or other event (room
available for hire at very reasonable prices).
You can come here for a chat (doesn't
have to be about politics - but it`s the lifeblood of this place!)
Or you can come for a pint of some of the best (and
cheapest) beer in Wakefield.
The club and bar are open to members, their guests and people attending
events in our meeting room.
Visitors are also very welcome.
